Thanks though for the information regarding fingerprinting. I think that's one of the best method for Ran to find it. The next one you said about involving Black Organization involving, well I'm trying to put this sydicate later, being the next phase of their lives. So kinda puting it right now will stire up the storyline.. So do you have any other evidences, where mostly Ran is working out alone..? Anyway, congratulations for winning #5 writing contest!

The problem with hard evidence is like you said, Ran is working alone. Most forensic evidence that Conan wouldn't be able to deny would require special equipment or expertise - anything involving DNA for example. And she's already tried the "we share a blood type" thing and he managed to get out of that. Things like his glasses not actually doing magnifying would contribute to "Conan is suspicious" but wouldn't necessarily prove that Conan is Shinichi. Any hard evidence she got her hands on would have to be supported by plot - like if Shinichi was suspected of a crime, and professional evidence technicians did the technically difficult aspect of the work for her.
Other than direct physical evidence, there's a chance she could figure him out through legal or financial records. Presumably the Mouri's are still receiving money for taking care of Conan, and she could try to follow that back to its source, or she could try to find Conan's old school record and find out that it's all faked. Again, this might be tricky for her to do on her own, and in the US she would need a warrant on top of that (no idea about the laws for Japan). But she does have a lawyer and private investigator for parents, and they might be able to do something to help.

Are these records or files kept in Kudou resisdence? Because if, then deducting wouldn't that tough for her! Also thanks for this unique suggestion..Hmm I also think suspecting the nature of his glasses and bowtie wouldn't be that strong as evidences as I have tried that before and intending to change it!

Oh, about the fingerprints... you can bring up that thing with Heiji's lucky charm and how Shinichi's fingerprints ended up on it. I know Kazuha said something along the lines of "Maybe Kudou-kun touched it" or something, but then the next thing she's going to consider is 'when?'.
As I recall from those many episodes ago, Conan handled both the charm's container and the chain in it. Even though Heiji and/or Conan can get away with it by saying the same thing Kazuha did, Shinichi wouldn't have any real 'driving force' for opening the container up and touching the chain in it.
Or, or... there should be two sets of fingerprints: one of Shinichi and one of Conan! :3 But no, the forensics who did that back in "Murderer, Kudou Shinichi" episodes did NOT specify they had two sets of fingerprints...
Ooooh, this is interesting... :3

A mental exercise
How do you think Conan will react if he discover that Hattori Heiji is in fact secretly a vigilante who beats up criminal who escape the law's punishments like batman minus the flashy clothing and gadgets (does not kill them)
And how will you as an audience react to this revelation?

... I would laugh.
then again I laugh at all those things so...
Depending on the situation, exasperation and/or mild mortification might be seen from Conan, but I can see a variety of different responses, depending on how the person portrays them and how the scene went.

I asked a similar question to one of my other friends in the Conan community a while ago. Basically, scrounging up plans for a Conan/Batman crossover that's still in the works as of this writing.
Her response was basically, "Conan might respect Batman for supposedly never killing, but he would probably at least wonder if there's a secret stash of bodies somewhere."
That said, I'm really not sure how he'd react to someone he already knew being a costumed vigilante.

You're welcome dude!~ Hmmm, okay, Heiji as a vigilante... Well first I see myself gaping for about two hours and a half (okay I'm exaggerating but you get what I mean). As for Conan uh... I see him laughing it off at first, telling Heiji things like "Ah... ahahah, y-you're joking right? That's not real, right?" investigating to uncover the truth and whatnot, and then flipping when he realizes Heiji's telling him the truth... like what he did in front of Ray Curtis back in that 3 K's of Osaka Case... And somehow I see a not-so-mini angsty moment with Conan shouting "HOW COULD YOU?! I TRUSTED YOU!" or something, and Heiji spending the rest of the episode airtime trying to explain himself... *nods* yeah, that's about it...

Thanks for all your inputs, they are all very valuable.
Personally I think Conan is too upright and insistent about 'nobody gets hurt' to approve vigilantism, even if it does not involve killing rather just some punches. He will probably angst a lot at the discovery too.

Very true... I think this would definitely affect how Conan sees Hattori for the rest of their lives really. I think it would be really difficult for Conan to see Hattori like he used to, and he might be a little more reserved about consulting him about certain things, but then I also feel like Hattori would do something to counteract that. I think Hattori wouldn't be able to stand Conan giving him the cold shoulder too long... Just my opinion though ^_^

In my opinion, though, he'd probably see it as something very...Hattori-like to do. He's been known for getting physical (namely the drug trading case), and while Conan definitely doesn't like it, I don't think he'd expect anything less from him. Depends on how badly the guys are beat up, though. A broken nose and black eye, maybe a few fractured bones? That's fine, it isn't like Conan's never beaned a guy in the face with that soccer ball of his. Serious injuries, like to internal organs/vital body parts/etc? Yeah, he'd question that.
I...would honestly laugh in Hattori's face, first of all out of disbelief then out of how weird the concept is. Then I would probably get punched in the face for calling him Bat-tori.

Battori...tiny you are a genius! That's a really nice name.
Me: Battori, would you like to be a vigilante?
Hattori: I am Hattori you moron
Me: One day I should write a fanfic involving Hattori the battori
Hattori: But you do not own Detective Conan, you are using Aoyama Gosho's intellectual property without his permission.
Me: So what? I am not going to be arrested, what are you going to do about that?
*gets beaten*

Quincy's internal monologue: ... Battori? *thinks of a bat and a bird...* A Bat Bird? ... OH WAIT LOLS, We're talking about Batman! *knocks thyself on the head*
