I listen to all shorts of musics, raging from pop to metal, and heavy metal, not to mention I´m not picky about the language. While Japanese, Ukrainian and English are predominant, as long as I like the sound, I can listen to pretty anything. That said, I believe some songs should be shared. Maybe because it´s funny and makes you laugh, or because it seems to touch your heart... It doesn´t matter. If there is a song you want others to listen, share here. Language doesn´t matter, so does not the style. Anything can be shared here. And whom knows, maybe you´ll find someone whom actually shares the same music types as you do.

That said, I do have one I just need to share. It´s in Argentinian, and really fast and funny. It makes me want to smile and dance, what is actually a miracle since I am not a person whom likes to dance. From the TV serie Floricienta, name is Kikiriki I someone wants the lyrics translation, PM me! Enjoy

I am absolutely in love with Owl City and Relient K! I could go on for hours about them, but I'll try to keep this short. Owl city is a project done by Adam Young. It's very technopop driven, all of the songs have a similar underlying theme (sometimes it's more apprent than others) But his songs haved ranged from being pop, traditional, piano, acoustic, and there was even one that had some dubstep. Check out these songs: Hot Air Balloon, Plant Life, Honey and the Bee, I'm Coming After You, Bombshell Blonde
Relient K has a little less variation, but I still love them nevertheless. It's an american rock band whose music is kind of hard to explain... Listening to them has always felt like a breath of fresh air to me... Check out: My Girl's Ex-Boyfriend, Must Have Done Something RightSome other stuff includes.... You and Me by Parachute Yume Ja Nai Kono Sekai by Weaver Six Trillion Years and Overnight Story Written by Kemu, Sung by IA (vocaloid) World's Lifespan and the Last Day Written by Suzumu, Sung by Wotamin (niconico) That 70's Song by The Cab Daft Punk Mix by Pentatonix Downtown Girl by Hot Chelle Rae Beautiful Girl by Broken Iris Persecution Complex Cellphone Girl Written by GigaP ad Suzumu, Sung by Gumi (vocaloid) ...So, if you were bored enough to look through each of these songs, it looks like I have a rather clear type of music that I love...

A song that I just discovered recently, but really like: Immortals, by Fall Out Boy ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9PxOanFjxQ )This song was used in Big Hero 6, but I can't remember where it's played and it's not like it gives anything away. The video itself is just of a record playing, so that doesn't give anything away either. But either way, I really like the way this song is played and sung as well as the up-beat-iness of it. I also like the contradiction in one part of the lyrics (underlined where the contradiction occurs): "If we meet forever now, pull the blackout curtains down, just not for long, for long".

Heyhey!~ Anyone here a fan of Kpop? Here's a K-indie song I discovered recently (Depending on my mood, I listen to different genres of music, and indie music is just as good as pop, IMHO): It's my feel-good song. It's by a group called JRabbit, and it's called Jeoheuniri Isseulgeoya (좋은일이 있을거야 ) which in English roughly means "Good Things Will Happen." Unfortunately, I dunno what the song meant, but just hearing it makes me feel better. And I think that's what's great about music. No matter what language it is, it's amazing! Enjoy!~ ^_^

This song has basically been punching me in the heart for the past week. It didn't really hit me as much when I first heart the album last month, but then I heard it live last Sunday and it just...jeez.
If you need some context, the lead singer's wife is/was a professional snowboarder, but she got into a really bad accident and has been struggling to walk again. Her favorite place in the world is Huntington Beach, California - so he wrote this song for her.

Kaggami, who could help but smile and dance when hearing such a cute song about roosters and chickens? That was kind of adorable. And I really like the JRabbit song too! That was super pretty. I can't say that I really have a favorite band or anything right now. I have a whole lotof music from a bunch of different artists. Whatever sounds good to me at the moment. Sometimes I find a song by one band and look into their other stuff, but I can't really say I'm a fan of anyone in particular right now. In the past I've generally liked the music of the following artists: Panic! at the Disco, Motion City Soundtrack, Aqua Timez, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Ayumi Hamasaki, The Brilliant Green, Flow, The Goo Goo Dolls, Home Made Kazoku, KENN, Nico Touches the Walls, Porno Graffitti (Yes. And, no, don't look at me like that.), Scapegoat, Seamo, SID, Stereopony, and T-ara. My "favorite bands" in the past have been Fall Out Boy and UVERworld. In recent years, they've changed, though, and I don't like them as much as I used to, but I understand that they've grown as artists, and that's okay. Some of the things they've put out lately are still pretty good, but I can't say I love their music like I once did. My favorite Fall Out Boy songs are Chicago is So Two Years Ago, Grand Theft Autumn, and G.I.N.A.S.F.S. And this is a fun music video: A Little Less Sixteen Candles A Little More Touch Me. And then my favorite UVERworld song is Chance. Sorry. I couldn't find a link on youtube. :/ I've got a lot of favorites, but I've recently discovered a band called OLDCODEX. I'm particularly fond of their Catal Rhythm. Anyway. Those are some of the songs/bands that I like. ^.^;

I knew I forgot something. I was going to say that, speaking of Relient K, they came and did a concert at my college a few years ago. I went to see the concert with my friends, and it was super cool. I got to meet the band and take pictures with them afterwards. They were just hanging out outside the theatre. I got the lead singer's autograph, and it was pretty neat. The drummer was super funny. He showed me an app on his phone that allows you to insert cats into your pictures.

Me? Oh! Yeah. The Relient K thing. The college I got my Japanese, Spanish, and East Asian Studies degrees from is North Central. It's in Naperville, Illinois. It's a really small school, 3,000 or so students when I went there.
Switch Foot came and played a concert too. It was actually held in my dorm (we have a big gym in the center and the dorm rooms situated around that, so there was plenty of room). I didn't actually go to that concert, but I could see into the gym through the window in my hallway, and I could certainly hear the concert, it was so loud! I'm really surprised that bands like that came to such a small school.

We never really had famous musicians come to my college (except one that was maybe semi-noteable, but that's just because he does live piano music to silent films in the area), mostly just authors. So any musician meeting I've done has had to be on my own terms (or a couple of times through internships).

Hahaha! That was so fun and happy, Crimson! I really liked the music video too. That was pretty awesome. How can you help but dance to that? I especially liked all of the singing clouds. They were super cute.
