3 is a good number. You have space to develop an interaction, while at the same time making sure others can continue where you picked up.

What about dialogue? You can't have three lines of dialogue (since technically each line is a new paragraph)

Hmmm... good point... paragraph may not work. We don´t want it too small, but at the same time nothing big... ok, so maybe min a paragraph, with more than two lines please, and max X words? Sometimes even a paragraph can be enormous.

How about max 6-8 lines?

We can do restriction this way: - Min requirements: A paragraph, more than two lines. - Max allowed: Paragraph cannot have more than 6-8 lines; the text cannot have more than 400 words.
A whole page on word usually takes about 500-600 words if you write with some paragraphs... so it should be less than a whole page. What do you think?

That works. Yeah, around 500 words is a page on a google doc as well.

She's not online right now though, so I guess we'll have to wait.

Yup. What other issues need to be discussed? We have the max rating, the word limits, order of input... Should we think of some rules or just leave it be?

We have the time limit and rating as well . . . So are we still doing the "just friends" thing?

everyone is everyone´s friend at first. as the story progresses, we´ll see. But I believe what I said before about not ending a relationship randomly but sabotaging it slowly should be a rule. That said, they cannot fall in love instantly.
P.S. This way, if we see a pairing we don´t like, we can join our force and sabotage them together XD

Haha! This sounds interesting. Count me in! The word and line count sound fair and I totally agree about the shipping problems. Maybe make a prompt at the start of this multi-writer fic where romance isn't a key component but a side thing, like a focus on taking the black org. down, a kid heist, a murder mystery, camping trip, the gang is lost in the woods, etc. And I totally love the opportunity for pairing sabotage idea. XD

I think we should go with the manga/anime pairings. I don't think we should change it unless its pertinent to the story.. I also think we should have some kind of writing goal. Ex. Heist (I'll use it as an example because it's easy)
Beginning--place characters into positions—Heist (event X)
I first thought that we could talk about which characters were at the scene, but it's more fun if we don't know. Let's just say that anyone can be there, BUT you have to provide a reason as to why they are there. (Took a walk, ended up there / Dragged there / promised to be there) Just a suggestion

Haha, dragged there . . . Oh, I like just keeping it canon pairings as well. That way there won't be a problem if there's a specific pairing that comes up that wasn't sabotaged and someone doesn't like it.
