Ehm. Hello. I'm a fairly new Detective Conan fan. Well. I started watching it when I was a kid. But english not being my native language, and it not being translated into my native one, I unfortunately didn't get past ep 50 or so (too much chatting, too little action, and the fact I couldn't keep track on the subtitles when stuff were in japanese. Looking back I don't think I understood anything). However. I started watching anew in November (I met a girl at the Halloween party who tagged it as her favorite anime. I fancied I could befriend her better if I watched it too). And I fell in love with it completely. I honestly watched about 90 episodes a week! I'm on 600++ now after three months. I also recently got into reading/occasionally drabble but never really finishing many cause I'm one hell of a lazy arse. I got about 5 or so unfinished drabbles on my laptop right now lol. Though, with some pressure in joining a contest I might be able to finish more stories!
Anyways. I'm currently studying abroad in Durham, UK. I'm taking a grade in osteoarchaeology (I'm actually taking a osteology module called "Osteology: Human DNA, missing people cases and criminal investigation" just for the hell of it. I actually know a couple of people studying criminal investigation. I promised to tell them everything about the module!). So on regular basis I get to play with human bones reading to my exam I got to see a few human skulls that had been executed by getting a sword through their skulls. It was pretty awesome. (Okay, fine. I admit it. I'm a osteogeek. I got banned by my supervisor from the labs prior to my practical exam cause I had a horrible kitchen accident! I got so bored when I couldn't go to the labs I wrote my first one-shot DC fanfiction about human bones ). So if anyone desire any help from that aspect I'd more then love to contribute. However, I don't have forensic and computer practicals before next semester (I'm really not a computer person. All my computers somehow get's destroyed after one year. I'm not exaggerating)But I'll do my best!
Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!
Oh. ehm. Regardless of studying in England, my english is rather poor. I apologize beforehand for any mistakes or misunderstandings.
PS 2? I found poirotcafe while browsing through DC stories and noticing a lot of people quoted poirotcafe. I thought I'd take a look and join too! You all seem like really good people!
