Pokemon Trainer Heiji Hattori
And it's finally finished! Here is Heiji Hattori as a Pokemon trainer! As I said before in Heiji's preview, these pictures of the Pokemon Trainer Gosho Boys are for a DC/MK Pokemon AU fan fic I'm writing. Here is Heiji's background:
Heiji is from Dewford, son of Heizo Hattori, the Dewford's Gym Leader. Heiji grew up around fighting type Pokemon and couldn't wait to become a pokemon trainer himself. His dream is to become an even better Pokemon trainer than his father and one day defeat the Elite Four and become a Pokemon master. He's basically the Ash/Satoshi of my fic. Like his father, he specializes in fighting type pokemon as well as steel and rock types. I haven't decided if I'm going to name his Pokemon or not. If anyone has any ideas on what to name them, please let me know!
Heiji's first pokemon is technically his Makuhita. His father trains a lot of Makuhitas and as a little kid Heiji tried to help out with the training whenever he could. He became attached to one Makuhita in particular and played with it all the time. When it came time to start his journey as a Pokemon Trainer, his parents gifted the Makuhita to him. His Makuhita is fun loving and loves a good fight. Sometimes it can be a little too enthusiastic though and creates problems for Heiji. It loves its food too.
Heiji picks Treecko for his starter Pokemon because he didn't want a cutesy Pokemon like Torchic and Mudkip. Heiji's Treecko is a bit of a mischief maker and doesn't always do what Heiji tells it to, but will listen when it counts like during a match. It doesn't like to loose and is as stubborn as Heiji.
Then there is Heiji's Geodude. Heiji doesn't get his Geodude until he returns to Dewford and is preparing to challenge his father for a gym match. Geodude is probably Heiji's most serious partner pokemon, but like it's trainer, Treecko and Makuhita, it loves a good match and doesn't admit defeat easily. It resisted initially when Heiji tried to catch it, but after seeing Heiji fight alongside his partner pokemon it gained a respect for the trainer and decided to come along. It doesn't like being in it's Pokeball very much though so it's often seen hovering around Heiji, sometimes getting in his way (ouch). It's also very protective of Heiji and their friends.
Heiji meets Kaito and Shinichi in Rustboro City after loosing to it's gym leader (haven't decided if it's going to be Nakamori or Kazuha's dad). They start their friendship hanging out and helping Heiji prepare for his rematch. After Heiji finally wins his first badge the three get mixed up in the Team Magma (or Aqua; again haven't decided) affair with Mr. Stone at Devon. Afterwards Kaito and Shinichi decide to team up with Heiji to help deliver the parts and continue their once individual journeys together.
