Prompt: Kaito decided to run for student council president. (Additional: Ekoda High somehow has to suffer/endure through his campaign)
Note: This story is going to be longer than i thought, but i don't have time to finish it, so i'll just post this first part first. Unbeta'd
So sorry to the prompter that this isn't finish, and me doing a loose interpretation of it.
Summary: Kaito was a natural-born actor. Naturally, he was dragged into acting in a TV-series when one of the leads left the role out of the blue. (pre-KID)

This was such a bore.
Kaito would have ditched this whole affair if it were not for Aoko.
One of the scriptwriters for a Nichiuri had been an Ekoda High School alumni, and for her latest work, she had written a ten episode script about some high school student council politics, and the running of student council, and it had been taken up with the station.
And they had used their school as the location for their shoots. Since the shooting was scheduled during the summer period, the school gave their permission for the shoot and had also allowed them to advertise some extras to the student population.
Naturally, Aoko wanted to be involved.
They had just entered their first year. And as a freshman, and everything was new and exciting for her. And this opportunity was a cherry on top for her, since there were rumours that some big upcoming stars were going to be invovled with this.
The extras did not need not to be invovled for more than two days of shoot, which was why he had agreed.
It was the second day of the shoot, Kaito had already wanted out. And it was only Aoko’s threat of the mop that was keeping him in the seat.
“Urg,when are they ever going to start?”
“I don’t know. One of the co-stars still haven’t arrived yet.”
“They could have just start with out him. they’re just wasting time and money.”
However, from where they were seating, they were a little too far to hear the conversation that was going on just beyond them.
“What! What do you mean Takuya-kun’s begging out of it? He’s the co-star!”
“His agent called, it seems that someone pushed him down the stairs of the park while he was jogging just this morning. He broke his leg when he fall. So even if he was able to recover from his concussion. He won’t be able to act for the next two months. Since it’s early in the production, they’d decided to just hold back from this. Since with his schedule, we won’t be able to work past the mid august due to his movie deal, anyway.”
“Damn. Who else could we call?”
“Sumiko-san’s calling the agents as we speak. But we don’t think it’s likely that anyone would take up the role though. And no one fitted the role, and we only got Takuya-kun because the company dumped him on us.”
“Darn what could we do-”
The everyone stayed silent as he heard a voice acting out the scene that was just filmed yesterday...

“Kaito! Stopped fooling around.”
“I’m just bored. That lame of the actor should get his act together.”
“Lame actor? Takuya-kun’s a great actor.”
“Huh. Please anyone would have done better. Remember how many outtakes he had?”
“Like you could have done any better.”
“I so could have done it better that him. Much, much better.”
“Prove it.”
“Huh?”
“Show me that you’re better than him and I’ll make you dinner for the rest of the week?”
“What? that’s only three day! Make it a month!”
“Two weeks!”
“Three!”
“Two and a half weeks plus deserts.”
“Two and a half weeks plus dessert and buy me a chocolate cake for that new store that just open.”
“Alright! Done deal.” Kaito coughed to clear the throat, befor he begin.
“Akimato-san. As much it is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, I would like to...”
Kaito proceeded to act out the scene.
“That’s it! That’s what I have been looking for.”
“Huh?” kaito and Aoko turned around in shock, to find the director standing behind them.
“Young man, how do you like to be a star.”
“What?”

“If that’s the case, I’ll run for President too.” Kaito said.
“What? Not you too?” Akimato exlaimed
“Yeah. What’s the big idea? You weren’t even interested in being in the council in the first place!” Tsukino raged on as he banged the table.
“Well, I’m allowed to change my mind, aren’t I?” Kaito shrugged
“That’s true...but...” Akimato meekly conceded.
“Anyway, weren’t you so confident about it earlier, Tsukino-san? That you were definitely going to win? If that’s the case, you shouldn’t be afraid of a little competition, shouldn’t you?”
“Fine. If you want to play it that way Kuroba-san. I’m game.”
“Cut!”
At that instant, Kaito let himself go from the upright, deflating like a balloon.
“That’s brilliant! Kuroba-san!” The director almost-squealed as he tighten his grip on the script book he was holding.
